Once a game has frames with the pins tapped in, a Before the next game card appears on the session. It is a set of rules, not a model: it reads each first ball from the leave (a 2-8 is light, a 4-7 is high, a ringing 10 is flush; left-handers are mirrored), splits tonight by lane, watches for the lanes changing game to game, counts the single-pin spares you miss, and compares tonight with your last ten sessions at the same house.
Every tip shows the counts it came from, so you can disagree with it. Typical tips: move a board or two toward or away from the oil, switch to the stronger or weaker ball in your bag, the ten-pin spare routine, the lane that is playing different, or leave the line alone.
It only speaks after four first balls, and it needs tapped pins. Final-score-only games give it nothing to read.
