What we store

Your account email and sign-in details, the bowlers you create or manage, their games and stats, the balls in their arsenal, and any photos you upload. Contact details and addresses on a bowler profile are private and are shared with an organizer only when you register for their event and choose to.

Youth bowlers

Bowlers under 18 are shown on public pages by initial and last name only, and their birth date is never public. Guardians control the profile until the bowler claims it.

Photos and AI

Scoreboard photos are stored privately and sent to a vision model only to read the scores. Nothing you upload is used to train models. You can delete a session and its photos at any time.

Sign-in security

We record the device, approximate location, and time of each sign-in so you can review them and so we can ask for a code when a new device appears. Passkeys are stored as public keys only.

Removing your data

Email support@pinlocity.com from your account address and we will delete the account and everything only it owns. Games recorded in a league or tournament stay in that event's official record.
